Step N Scroll turns your daily steps into screen time. Choose the apps that pull you in, set a step goal, and those apps stay locked until you have earned them.

HOW IT WORKS

COACH
The reach for your phone is automatic, and willpower is not much of a defence against it. When you open a blocked app several times in a few minutes, Coach steps in, asks what is actually going on, and hands you a short reset instead of the feed. Over time it shows you your own patterns: what tends to trigger you, and when it hits hardest.

AI PROGRESS SCAN
See where the walking is taking you. Take a full-body photo and Step N Scroll generates a preview of your projected progress, saved so you can compare before and after as the weeks go by.

SUBSCRIPTION
Step N Scroll is free to use. Your step count, daily goal, streak and app blocking — the whole loop — stay free, with no ads.

A subscription adds Coach, AI progress scans, Trends and Records, and outdoor walk recording with a route map. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial - cancel any time before it ends and you are not charged. A weekly plan is also available and does not include a trial. Prices vary by region and are always shown in the app before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Restore purchases is available directly on the paywall.
