Walk while you wait: Instead of sitting in the waiting room, choose a walk that matches how long you have. Pick 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 minutes and get route options—parks, nature and local spots—so you can move, breathe and feel calmer before you see your clinician.

Real-time wait updates: See your current wait time in the app. When it’s time to head back, we’ll tell you. So you can walk with confidence and not worry about missing your slot.

Simple to use: Check in at your clinic, see your wait and your walking suggestion, pick a route, and go. Turn-by-turn directions and a clear map keep you on track. When you’re done, you’re back in time for your appointment.
