Nudge. Some apps you don't want gone, just governed. Set them to Nudge and On Guard pushes back when you sink in: a reminder at the threshold you choose, with one tap to something better. Or close it and get back to the real world.

Real accountability. Invite an ally you trust. If your defense ever comes down, the shield revoked or the app removed, they get a discreet check-in. No details. No screenshots. Just a nudge for real-world support. Opt-in, always.
