Somnium is a sleep app that delivers the sound you chose at the moment your sleep turns light.
The iPhone at your bedside reads small movements, like turning over, to find light sleep, then plays your sound softly enough not to wake you. During deep sleep it stays silent.

One big "Begin" in the middle of the screen.
Choose a dream → volume → alarm → a last check before sleep: five steps, always showing where you are, always able to go back.

HEALING (rest deeply) / ADVENTURE (feel your heart race) / NOSTALGIA (to a familiar place) / ROMANCE (with someone dear).
Tap "Listen" to hear each one before choosing.
Prefer your own music or file? Turn on CUSTOM in Settings.

― SLEEP SENSE ―
The motion sensor detects light sleep and plays sound only when dreams come easily.
Sleep research has repeatedly reported that sounds heard during sleep can reactivate the memories linked to them (TMR).
Somnium is inspired by these findings. No effect is guaranteed.

― Smart alarm ―
From 30 minutes before the time you set, it waits for light sleep and wakes you softly with a dedicated sound: Gentle Bell, Morning Chime or Birdsong.

― One tap when you wake ―
Pick how you feel this morning from six large icons. Nothing else to fill in.
Write a full dream journal entry later from Settings if you like.

Anonymous statistics (how you felt on waking, the sound recipe values, and anonymous age range / gender / blood type) can be switched off in Settings at any time.
