Clicking the "Mommy" button reduces the number of "Mommies" remaining and a timer shows how long the "Mommy" needs to recharge. You can also share a warm, ready-to-use script that explains what you need, why it matters, or what kids can do while they wait. Children learn to respect your boundaries without feeling pushed away; you stay regulated and let go of the guilt.
