Iron Hand is a secure, role based portal built for retail store employees, operations managers, surveillance reviewers, and store owners. It centralizes shift packets, CCTV review, daily reporting, weekly ordering summaries, and monthly performance files into one streamlined app.

For Employees

Employees can quickly submit their end-of-shift packet, including:
• Cash count photo
• Sales report photo
• Scratcher count video
• Optional notes

All uploads are validated, sanitized, timestamped, and tied to the correct store for accurate reporting.

For Operations Managers (Inventory + Ordering Team)

This team manages store operations (not surveillance). Managers can:
• Upload daily activity reports
• Submit weekly ordering summaries
• Upload monthly performance files
• Attach documents, images, or videos
