Effort Insights
TrainTogether can estimate exertion using a combination of movement signals and optional facial-expression tracking—useful for comparing set intensity over time. You can disable this anytime.

Nutrition that feels satisfying
Log food and watch your daily targets fill with the interactive Calorie Bottle—a visual, physics-based way to make nutrition tracking feel simple and motivating.

Session Analytics
