   • Sway (Accel XY): Tracks side-to-side movement by analyzing horizontal acceleration magnitude. Helps reduce lateral drift.
   • Bobbing (Accel Z): Detects up/down movement to minimize vertical bounce or nodding.

• Real-time thresholds with color feedback
   • Each metric shows a live value and a target threshold.
   • Green indicates you’re within target; red signals excess movement.
