## Description

DMT Proms++ is a mobile application that serves as a medication tracker to assist with medication adjustments. The app enables patients to visualize their progress through interactive graphs and respond to dynamic, adaptive questionnaires, which include features like multi-select options and a human model for pain assessment. It also generates comprehensive reports on both activity tracking and medication usage.

All patient-generated data is securely uploaded to a server, where therapists can access and analyze it. To ensure patient privacy, login credentials use a "fictive email" provided to the patient. Only the therapist can connect this anonymized account to the real patient, ensuring the data remains confidential.
