Fleet Assistant is the official companion app for the TollSpot fleet platform. Built for fleet operators and rental teams, it turns your iPhone and iPad into a fast, reliable tool for capturing vehicles, documents, and toll activity in the field — even when you're offline.

Use your camera to capture vehicle details in seconds, no manual entry:

CAPTURE PHOTO PROOF — VERIFY EVERY DETAIL
Every scan can be backed by a photo, so the record isn't just data — it's documented. Snap the plate, transponder, and asset tag as you go, then confirm at a glance that what's stored matches what's physically on the vehicle. No more guessing whether a plate or transponder number was mistyped — the photo is right there to check against.
