  HOW IT WORKS

  Every choice you make feeds one of two dragons:
  • Resilient Dragon - Grows when you make healthy, balanced choices
  • Anxious Dragon - Grows when you feed worry, avoidance, or unhelpful patterns

  TWO GAME MODES

  WELLNESS GAME MODE
  Navigate scenarios across six life areas:
  • Daily Routines - Sleep, exercise, healthy habits
  • Digital Wellbeing - Social media, screen time, online safety
  • Social Connections - Friendships, peer pressure, communication
  • Family Life - Parent relationships, siblings, household dynamics
  • Performance - School, sports, goals, handling pressure
