This update improves FireOps Calc with a cleaner home screen, expanded fireground tools, and easier pump calculator controls.

New and improved:
- New home screen with quick access to Pump Calculator, Fireground Tools, Department Setup, and Pump Card
- Added expanded Fireground Tools for common pump/operator calculations and reference
- Improved line editing so active hose lines are easier to open, edit, and close
- Improved Flow On/Off visibility while editing lines
- Updated standpipe floor elevation logic
- Improved portable master stream two-line supply calculations
- Fixed friction loss updates when changing hose length on portable master stream layouts
- General UI polish and reliability improvements
