The free tier supports up to 3 properties and 3 tenants. Monthly and annual Premium subscriptions remove those limits and unlock advanced analytics, financial reports, exports, and full document access. Any introductory offer available to you is shown before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
