## Description

Master your focus with MindBodyPom. We combine the classic Pomodoro Technique with health-centric breaks to boost productivity while protecting your mental well-being.

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management system developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s to transform time from an "enemy" into a valuable ally. It is designed to improve productivity by alleviating time-related anxiety, enhancing focus through the reduction of interruptions, and boosting motivation.
Beyond productivity, MindBodyPom prioritizes your well-being. By introducing targeted micro-exercises during breaks, it counters the physical toll of sedentary work, ensuring you stay physically resilient while maintaining peak mental performance.
Core Workflow:
    • The Pomodoro: The "atomic unit of time" is a 25-minute interval of pure, indivisible work.
    • The Break: Each 25-minute work session is followed by a short, 3–5 minute break to allow the mind to rest.
    • The Set: After completing four Pomodoros, a longer break of 15–30 minutes is taken to facilitate deeper recovery.
Key Rules and Principles:
    • Indivisibility: A Pomodoro cannot be split into halves or quarters; it must be completed in full or voided entirely if a major interruption occurs.
    • Visibility: The time remaining should always be clearly visible to help the user "feel" the passage of time.
    • Continuous Improvement: The method involves daily planning to prioritize tasks and recording the actual effort (number of Pomodoros) spent to refine future estimations.
    • Complexity Management: If a task is estimated to take more than 5–7 Pomodoros, it must be broken down into smaller, more manageable components.
By emphasizing the "here and now," the technique helps users maintain a sustainable pace while fostering the continuity necessary for both productivity and creativity.
