CoPact is an app blocker and screen time control app for iPhone. Block distractions, protect time for focused work, and put your phone away at bedtime. Build routines that support your sleep, focus, and rest.

BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS
Choose the apps and websites you want to block, or block all apps while keeping your Always Allowed selections available. Start a session when you need to study, work, read, or be present.

COMMIT WITH STRICT MODE
Choose Strict when you want to follow through: no regular breaks, early ending, or changes that weaken an active block. Choose Flexible when you want intentional breaks and room to adjust.

PUT YOUR PHONE TO BED
During your chosen sleep hours, start Sleep protection to block apps until your wake time. Always Allowed stays available. No regular breaks or early ending; Emergency Pass keeps its usual rules. Sleep protection starts when you choose to activate it.

SET LIMITS THAT FIT YOUR DAY
Create recurring scheduled blocks, daily app time limits, and open limits to interrupt habitual checking. Your Pacts give each distraction a boundary, so you can spend more time on what matters.

KEEP AN EMERGENCY OPTION
Life happens. Emergency Pass temporarily lifts blocking for one hour and becomes available again seven days after use. It works with both Strict and Flexible blocking.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Your daily Score brings Sleep, Focus, and Rest into one view. Explore the breakdown, review recent days, and build streaks as you follow through on your Pacts. Optional Apple Health access adds sleep and activity context.

STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR COMMITMENT
Use the Home Screen widget to start focus sessions and Live Activities to follow an active session from your Lock Screen. A redesigned Home keeps your Score and current blocking easier to find.

BUILT AROUND YOUR PRIVACY
CoPact uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks to apply your blocks. App selections and Screen Time data stay on your device. Account sign-in is optional; account and purchase services handle the information needed for those features.

SUBSCRIPTION
An active subscription or eligible free trial is required to use CoPact. One subscription unlocks the full app. Available plans, pricing, and trial eligibility are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings.
