Vital Health Log helps you view and organize wellness data already available in Apple Health. The app lets you review general trends, browse historical records, filter information by date, and keep your wellness insights in one simple place.The app does not measure blood oxygen, heart rate, or any other health metric independently. All available data is sourced from Apple Health and compatible devices connected by the user. You can also use simple breathing exercises designed to support relaxation and general well-being.
