De MiGuide app is voor patiënten van MiGuide. Onze app is de centrale plek voor informatie over jouw behandeltraject en kun je veilig berichten uitwisselen met je zorgverlener.

Functies:

• Veilig chatten met je zorgverlener
• Stel korte vragen over je behandeling en ontvang antwoord via de chat. Zo hoef je minder vaak te bellen en heb je alle gesprekken bij elkaar.
• Pushmeldingen bij nieuwe berichten.
• Je krijgt een melding zodra je zorgverlener een nieuw bericht stuurt.
• Alle informatie over je traject op één plek.
• Voortgang van je traject inzien
• Bekijk belangrijke informatie die hoort bij jouw behandeltraject, zodat je makkelijker overzicht houdt.
• Ontvang de link van jouw groepsbijeenkomsten.

Voor wie is MiGuide?

De MiGuide app is uitsluitend bedoeld voor patiënten van MiGuide. Een account wordt door MiGuide aangemaakt. Zonder account kun je de app niet gebruiken.
