## Description

Hospital in the Home is a service that provides treatment and support in your home, so you don’t have to stay in hospital.  You will be cared for and visited by experienced Nurses and Allied Health Professionals who will ensure you are safely recovering in your home. This application will help you be cared for at home by keeping you in contact with your hospital in the home nurse. 

For some wearables, such as smartwatches & bands, workout and activity data can be taken by the app which communicates with Apple Health for this data.

This application supports use with specific connected medical devices that are cleared for use in New Zealand and additional regions listed in each device manufacturer’s regulatory documentation. Device availability and regulatory status may vary by country. Users should ensure that any connected device is approved for use in their location.
