• Write your studio policy once (notice, makeups, prepaid or pay-after, rates, Venmo or Zelle) — families sign it when they join
• Send automatic lesson reminders, tuition requests, and a daily summary of your teaching day
• Chat in one thread per family, with sheet music, practice videos, and photos
• Keep every lesson and payment on the record — balances, outstanding tuition, and a dated trail of reminders
