## Description

Unexus Mobile puts your organisation's communication platform in your pocket. Set your availability, reach any colleague in seconds, control your calls and stay on top of your contact centre — from anywhere.

Unexus Mobile connects to your organisation's own Unexus environment. You will need a server address and an account from your employer to sign in.

PRESENCE AND AVAILABILITY
• Set your status: available, busy, in a meeting, at lunch, do not disturb, out of office and more
• Add a personal status message, and set how long it applies
• Set your work location to office or home
• Choose which device you make and receive calls on

COMPANY DIRECTORY
• Search everyone and everything: colleagues, groups, departments, IVR channels, external contacts, your personal contacts and your phone's own contacts
• Narrow your search to your department, company or division
• See live presence and calendar availability before you call — free, busy, in a meeting, working elsewhere
• Call, text, WhatsApp, email or chat straight from a contact card
• Keep the people you need most in Favourites
• Save colleagues to your phone's contacts

CALL CONTROL
• Dial from a full keypad with live suggestions from the directory, IVRs, external and personal contacts
• Choose the number shown when you place outbound calls
• Run the call from your phone: mute, hold, keypad, transfer, shuttle between calls, add participants and start a conference
• Call back with one tap from your history
• Twinning: send an incoming call on to a second destination after a delay you choose

CONTACT LOG
• Full history of your calls and conversations
• Filter by date range, set how many records to load, switch to E.164 number formatting
• Save unknown numbers to your contacts

CHAT
• Start one-to-one and group conversations with a subject
• See when someone is typing, and what you have not read yet
• Share documents and images, or take a photo on the spot

SECURE SIGN-IN
• Sign in with your Microsoft work account or your Unexus credentials
• Unlock the app with Face ID
• Change your password from within the app

• Export or upload diagnostic logs so support can help you faster
• Restrict log uploads to Wi-Fi only if you prefer

Unexus Mobile requires an active account on a Unexus platform provided by your organisation. Contact your system administrator if you are not sure whether your organisation uses Unexus.
