ClockWay is job-site time tracking for teams that need hours to be right the first time. Employees clock in from their phone with GPS verification, hours are matched to the job site automatically, and payroll comes out clean at the end of every pay period.

TRACK TIME BY JOB SITE
Set up your sites with a location and a radius. When someone clocks in, ClockWay records where they were and matches the punch to the right site automatically. Every entry, timecard, and summary is grouped by site, so you always know who was where.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
Foremen can build a full daily timesheet from their phone in a couple of minutes. Pick the day and the site, and ClockWay pulls in everyone who worked there. Adjust hours, assign itemized work items, tag work as base scope, rework, change order, change directive, delay, or extra, then generate a signed PDF and send it before leaving the site.

PAY PERIODS AND PAYROLL
Run weekly or biweekly pay periods with hours, rates, and amounts calculated for you. Break down the current period or look back through past ones, mark employees paid individually or all at once, and search your roster instantly. Unpaid breaks are deducted automatically based on the rules you set.
