Return to Today Check-in whenever you need it. Calendar and list views organize your entries by date. Log only what you want to track.

GO FURTHER WITH PREMIUM
• Full history beyond the free seven-day view.
• Insights charts for symptoms, cycle logs, mood, energy, and weight, with selectable date ranges.
• Appointment Mode: create a PDF with selected records, a preparation checklist, and suggested questions, or export a CSV.
• Smart reminders and manual iCloud Drive backup and restore.

YOUR RECORDS, YOUR CHOICES
Health entries stay on your device unless you choose to export or back them up. Optional Cysterly analytics sends app usage and purchase events directly to Cysterly; health entries and notes are never included. This choice starts off and can be changed in Settings. Separate advertising measurement uses Meta and TikTok SDKs, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Available plans, localized prices, billing periods, and any eligible introductory offer are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple account settings. Basic logging remains available without Premium.

Cysterly supports personal tracking and appointment preparation. It does not diagnose PCOS or confirm ovulation. Cycle estimates and educational prompts are based on your logs and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns.
