Trusted Medical Information from Your Provider All health records displayed in this app are retrieved via secure APIs from your healthcare provider’s EHR system. Only licensed healthcare professionals can submit or manage your data. You must have an active patient account and provider authorization to access any information. We do not generate medical records or test results. The app only displays information directly provided by your clinical care team.
