## Description

**Breaktime** is a stricter screen time control app designed to help you stop mindless scrolling and protect your focus. Permanently block distracting apps or create recurring schedules, then add friction before every unlock with more than 14 modes, including pushups, eye contact, typing a quote, tapping, and breathing exercises.

Set a time limit for each unlock and Breaktime automatically reblocks your apps when time runs out. Strict Mode removes breaks and bypasses, while Travel Mode can automatically unblock apps when you’re away from home. Daily limit goals, streaks, advanced customization, and a minimal interface support intentional phone use and digital wellbeing. Breaktime states that it does not collect phone usage or personal data and is designed for fast setup in about 30 seconds.
