## Description

Dexcom Follow is part of the Dexcom SHARE system. If a loved one is sharing Dexcom CGM data with you, the Sharer must invite you to connect after you install the Follow app. Dexcom Follow brings their CGM data to your device, giving you visibility into glucose levels and trends even when you’re apart.

With Dexcom Follow you can remotely monitor glucose at a glance from your phone or Apple Watch, support up to 25 Sharers, and receive customizable alerts and push notifications when readings are outside target ranges. It helps families stay connected and informed about diabetes management.
