## Description

CALCULATE WELDING HEAT INPUT AND TRAVEL SPEED

Simplify and speed up calculations for heat input (kJ) and travel speed (IPM) during in-process weld monitoring for critical welds and Weld Procedure Qualification.
The InProcess Calculator combines calculator and stopwatch functions with reduced manual entry for formula calculations and easy arc-time live updates to the calculations with one click. This streamlined approach reduces error and allows for faster and easier reporting and timely feedback during the welding process.
The InProcess Calculator is a great tool for Welders, Foremen, Engineers, Quality Inspectors, CWI’s and Educators

1. IPM (Inches Per Minute) Travel Speed Calculator (Also will work with Metric)
2. Joules/Inch (Heat Input) Calculator (Also will work with Metric)
3. Four individual stop watches that can be run simultaneously for timing multiple welders
4. Store and recall calculations in a Weld Monitor Log and label results with pertinent identifying information such as “Weld Number”, “Pass”, “Filler”, “Welder ID” and “Line Number” as well as a “Notes” field.
