How it works
1.	Add your to-dos (optional).
2.	Tap “Plan Day” to create a realistic agenda around your calendar.
3.	Let Kairo guide you through your day and to-do items.

What Kairo schedules
• Deep-focus sessions (≈90 minutes) with optional app blocking (temporarily block access to social media, video, games, etc).
• Regular breaks to keep energy and focus up.
• Light-work blocks for admin, email, and quick tasks.
• Habit blocks (for example: journal, guitar practice, study, meditation).
• Wrap-up (10 - 20 minutes) to review today and plan tomorrow.
