No subscription, ads, or account is required for core tracking.

With a free account, you can sync across devices and unlock cycles, titration schedules, and advanced reminders. For supported medications, Serum Concentration Insights visualize projected levels, percent of peak, remaining dose, and pharmacokinetic details. Injectly also supports blend protocols, medication glossary information, CSV export, and complete data deletion.
