CarDSPlus (EU) is your personal health companion — designed to empower individuals to monitor their wellness while supporting critical cardiovascular research.

Developed by the Cardiovascular Data Science Lab (CarDS Lab) at Yale University, this app is part of the PRECARDIA research study.

With your consent, CarDSPlus (EU) collects select health metrics from your Apple Watch and iPhone, such as:

Steps and physical activity

Calories burned

Heart rate patterns

Sleep duration

ECG recordings

Your data, your control:
- You can request a copy of your data at any time
- You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app
- All data is stored securely in HIPAA compliant servers and used exclusively for research approved by Yale.
