## Description

This app allows you to connect to an RFID tag reader used to read timing chips in a race. It requires either a wifi or ethernet connection to the hardware device so you can set the clock time, start time, or replay timing data. There is also the ability to download a chip/participant CSV file so the timing data stream can show actual bib numbers and participant names. This currently only supports Ipico/Active hardware. This app is only appropriate for timing operators who are setting up the hardware.
