The app provides guided exercise sessions and motivational support to help you stay active day to day. Each pathway is shaped around your cancer type and lived experience.

You’ll begin with a simple onboarding process that helps you choose the pathway that feels most relevant to you. Ori currently supports people affected by breast, prostate, lung, and bowel cancer.

Inside the app, you’ll find calm, easy‑to‑follow movement videos led by a professional. Sessions range from gentle mobility to strength‑building routines. To help you stay connected to your wellbeing, Ori includes daily check‑ins where you can reflect on your mood, energy, and how your body feels.

Ori Rehab was created by Kelly, a Cancer Rehab Specialist, together with digital health experts who believe that movement support should be accessible, compassionate, and grounded in evidence‑informed practice.
