Built for the modern classroom, SmartDesk offers fast and secure access to learning resources, attendance management, and easy information sharing.

Quick and easy connection:
* Students automatically connect to a class by scanning a dedicate code.
* Unique access devices for each student and teacher, distributed in different rooms.
* Each school has its own profile and personalised system of classrooms and study desks/tables.

Automatic attendance tracking
* The system only registers students who are actually present in their class.

Interactive and organised learning environment
* Teachers can upload learning files and materials directly to the system and organise them into folders.
* Only files added to the current lesson become available to students in the lesson.
* Learning resources added to a given lesson are stored in students' profiles and remain available after the end of the lesson.
* All files added to the lesson can be visualised on an interactive display with the "Smart Desk" application installed.
* Possibility to establish a connection between an interactive display with the "Smart Desk" application installed and the mobile devices of the students in the lesson.
* The teacher decides when students can send files in the lesson.

High level of security
* The system operates in a closed environment – ​​only registered schools, students and teachers have access.
* There is no possibility of unauthorised registration or use of false data.

Flexible online school structure
* Each school has its own profile with its name.
* Each school can register an unlimited number of classrooms and desks, and a scanning device can be added to each desk/table.
* Students register freely through a website that they can visit from a mobile device.
