大家好，我是營養師杯蓋

想跟大家分享「吃吃eate自動化菜單」的開發理念，我的營養師團隊，在與學員進行飲食討論時，發現很多人會想要有菜單進行參考，但其實開立菜單是非常花腦力的一件事，而我發現有機會，將自身的飲食專業結合AI，所以就設計出了此款APP。

「吃吃eate自動化菜單」主要有五大功能

【熱量計算機】
只要輸入基本資料，就會協助大家計算出一天要吃的食物熱量，輕鬆了解熱量控制觀念。

【份量計算機】
針對不同需求，例如增重增肌、減肥瘦身，設計出不同的飲食份量，讓大家可以依照份量進行飲食控制。

【自動化菜單】
APP結合了deepseek語言模型，自動化開立菜單，讓大家在飲食選擇上更有方向。

【食物營養圖鑑】
結合食物營養圖鑑資料，讓大家查詢食物營養素。

【食物代換詳解】
提供完整飲食教學資料，學會食物代換，幫助大家建立正確飲食關念
