The app is free to download. The physical kip tag, sold separately at kip.life, is the key to the full experience: a tap of your tag starts and ends your sessions and opens your diary. one tag belongs to one account.

Tap your kip tag and the apps that distract you are blocked. Everything else on your phone keeps working, so you stay reachable and capable the whole time. The apps are what get in the way, never the phone itself.

HOW IT WORKS
- create your own modes (work, gym, sleep, family) and choose which apps each one blocks. kip never presets them, it is your call every time.
- start a session by tapping your tag, or try it by holding the button in the app for three seconds.
- end a session by tapping your tag. that small piece of friction is the point.
- caught out? you have four emergency reconnects a month. a safety net, not a habit.
