## Description

八部金刚功是中国传统道家养生功法，由道教全真龙门派第二十一代传人张至顺道长（道号米晶子）公开推广。其历史可追溯至唐代，通过八套刚劲有力的动作疏通全身经络、调节五脏六腑，达到祛病强身、延年益寿的目的。功法以“天人合一”为核心理念，结合中医阴阳五行理论设计动作。
