## Description

BandScan gives school band programs one place to manage students, check-ins, equipment, communication, requests, and transportation.

Band directors can:

• Take attendance using NFC tags, QR codes, or manual check-in
• Create and manage attendance sheets, questionnaires, and bus lists
• Manage students, parents, volunteers, and access permissions
• Track instruments, uniforms, and other inventory
• Assign equipment and review loaner requests
• Send push notifications and emails
• Review attendance, bus, questionnaire, and student analytics

Students can:

• View their QR code, check-in history, and bus assignments
• Submit name, instrument, and loaner requests
• Review messages and manage their profile

Parents and volunteers can:

• Link their account to students
• Review student activity and loaned equipment
• Receive program messages and notifications

BandScan supports offline check-ins and syncs queued activity when connectivity returns.
