## Description

OrderE Merchant is the shop-side app for restaurants, takeaways and cafes
running on OrderE. Orders, table bookings, refunds, your menu and your
opening hours all live in one place, so you can run the whole service from
your phone.

NEVER MISS AN ORDER
New orders arrive with an instant alert. Accept or reject in a tap, and see
the full basket, customer notes and fulfilment type before you commit the
kitchen to it.

ORDERS, ORGANISED
Pending, accepted, cancelled and refunded are separate tabs, so you always
know where an order stands. Search past orders when a customer calls back.

TABLE BOOKINGS
Booking requests land in the app the moment a guest sends one. Confirm or
decline, and keep pending, confirmed and cancelled bookings apart.

REFUNDS WITHOUT THE PHONE CALLS
Review refund requests, then process or reject them yourself. No back and
forth with support.

YOUR STORE, YOUR RULES

settings sit behind a PIN you set, so staff can take orders without seeing
the numbers.

CUSTOMER MESSAGES
Read and answer customer enquiries without leaving the app.

BUILT-IN ASSISTANT
Ask the in-app assistant about your store and get help with the app when you
are mid-service and cannot go hunting through settings.

MULTIPLE STORES
Run more than one location from a single login and switch between them.

ORDERE SHOP
Order printers, receipt rolls and packaging for the shop without leaving the
app.

An OrderE merchant account is required to use this app.
