Smoother trip management, redesigned vehicle checks, refreshed trip details, and faster fault and expense reports for delivery drivers on the road.

Smart Transport Management is a B2B logistics app for delivery drivers employed by transport companies. Registered drivers can:

  • Capture pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection photos.
  • Scan a QR code to assign a vehicle.
  • Navigate with live, on-screen turn-by-turn directions.
  • See live location and accurate ETA shared with the dispatcher and customer during an active trip (a persistent notification is shown while tracking).
  • View past trips, upcoming trips, and today's route, plus imported XML trips and custom trips created in-app.
  • Report faults and expenses with photo attachments (receipts and inspection photos).
  • Manage leave, availability, and night-shift status.
  • Update trip status manually or receive automatic updates from dispatch.
  • Message the dispatcher and attach files.
  • Access training courses and view reviews for completed trips.
  • Receive real-time push notifications for trip assignments and dispatcher messages.
  • Multi-language: Dutch & English.
  • Sign in with phone + password, PIN, or driving-license photo (on-device OCR).
  • Delete your account in-app at any time (Profile → Update Profile → Delete Account).

Drivers are registered via the STM admin portal — the app does not support self-registration. If your transport company uses Smart Transport Management, your fleet administrator will provide your login details.
