## Description

Stop guessing which foods trigger your symptoms. SympHealth finds the patterns in your own data automatically.

Symptoms that keep coming back — or never quite go away, just shift from mild to bad and back? SympHealth looks for patterns in your own records of food and how you feel.

You don't have to decide in advance which food is the suspect, or keep a list of theories. Just photograph your meals and rate your symptoms — the app handles the rest.

THREE ACTIONS, A COUPLE OF MINUTES A DAY

1. Log your meals. Snap a photo and the app recognises the products for you, or type them in yourself.
2. Rate how you feel. Mark your symptoms and their intensity in a few taps.
3. SympHealth takes it from there. The app matches what you ate against how your symptom intensity moved over the following hours and days, and shows you the patterns it finds.

WHAT YOU GET

- A food and symptom diary that takes seconds a day
- Pattern-finding without guesswork: no need to pick suspected foods up front
- Analysis of how symptom INTENSITY changes, not just whether a symptom showed up
- Personalised summaries written from your own entries
- Patterns for whole food categories, not just single products
- Charts of how your wellbeing changes over weeks and months

Patterns start to surface once you've logged enough regular entries — usually within 8 days. From there the picture keeps getting sharper.

WHAT PEOPLE TRACK WITH SYMPHEALTH

Food intolerances and reactions to products, skin flare-ups, atopic dermatitis and eczema, bloating and heaviness after meals, heartburn, headaches, nasal congestion, puffiness, low energy after eating.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

We do not sell your data and we do not show ads. Photos you upload for recognition are deleted immediately after processing and are never stored on our servers. You can clear all your entries or delete your account entirely at any time, right from the app.

IMPORTANT

SympHealth is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not replace advice from a doctor. It helps you notice patterns in your own data and bring them to a specialist. Talk to a doctor about your health.
