Medical letters, test results and discharge summaries are written for clinicians. Patiently AI rewrites them in plain language, so you can understand what they mean for you or for someone you care for.

HOW IT WORKS
Paste a note, scan a printed letter with the camera, upload a file or dictate it. Choose who the explanation is for – an adult, a teenager, a child or a carer – the tone, and how much detail you want. In a few seconds you have a clear explanation you can read, hear read aloud, share or keep in History. Then ask for questions to take to your next appointment, drawn from your own note.
 
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Names, dates of birth, NHS numbers, phone numbers and other personal details are removed on your phone before anything is sent, and put back only on your screen. The simplification service processes the note and does not keep it. There is no account to create: sign in only if you want your simplified notes kept in sync across your devices.
