康美特针织大圆机智能（AI）管理系统通过在生产过程中，系统实现订单工艺的无纸化和精益化管理。工艺参数通过PC端（WEB）或移动端录入，一键下发至机台并自动同步，省去逐台工艺数据录入，提高机台操作效率。机台实时采集生产数据上传云端，管理员可动态监控生产进度。保全流程中，通过刷卡触发，智能记录维保时间和设备转数，实现标准化运维管理。
      在品质管控中，系统内置AI视觉检测模块，基于深度学习模型精准识别布面瑕疵并自动评级分类。系统自适应优化识别算法，准确率达98%以上。
