A service application that serves (citizens/residents) of Tabuk region within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Enabling beneficiaries to use (send/inquire) the electronic services provided by the Emirate of Tabuk Region:
(marriage services - prisoner services - judgment enforcement services - electronic summons services).  
- Enabling beneficiaries to use the voice of the beneficiary services:
(Complaint, inquiry, appointment booking, technical report, consultation, suggestion).
- Enabling beneficiaries to communicate with the Emirate of Tabuk through the communication mechanism:
(Contact us form - contact numbers - e-mail - location on the map)
- The application enables beneficiaries to view (terms and conditions of use - follow up on submitted requests - know the status of requests)
- The application allows the beneficiary to interact with the topics put forward for the survey by the Emirate and interact with them through comments, evaluating the topics and following up the results of the continents related to the subject of the survey. 
- Asking users questions about e-services
- Engage the visitor in direct surveys to measure their experience and satisfaction with the services provided
- Displaying all e-services provided to the beneficiaries.
