## Description

แอปพลิเคชันนี้ออกแบบมาเพื่อให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงบริการด้านการแพทย์โดยไม่ต้องไปโรงพยาบาลเสมือนมีหมออยู่ที่บ้าน สามารถดูประวัติสุขภาพ, ประวัติการรักษา, ประวัติการตรวจสุขภาพของตนเองได้ และมีบริการต่างๆ เพื่อ อำนวยความสะดวก ประหยัดเวลาและค่าใช้จ่าย
ผู้ใช้ที่ต้องการเข้าสู่ระบบจำเป็นต้องมีข้อมูลเลขบัตรประชาชน 13 หลัก และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ลงทะเบียนอยู่ในฐานข้อมูลของกรมการแพทย์ หรือเป็นผู้ป่วยใหม่ที่เป็นคนไทยเท่านั้น  ภายใต้การดูแลของกรมการแพทย์ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข มีฟังก์ชันการทำงานดังนี้:
o	บริการปรึกษาแพทย์ออนไลน์ (Telemedicine)
o	ประวัติสุขภาพ (Health history)
o	ประวัติการรักษา (Medical history)
o	ประวัติการตรวจสุขภาพ (Health examination history)
o	ตารางนัดหมาย
o	บันทึกข้อมูลสุขภาพด้วยตนเอง ซึ่งประกอบด้วย:
o	ข้อมูลสุขภาพทั่วไป เช่น โรคประจำตัว, การผ่าตัด, การสูบบุหรี่, การดื่มสุรา, และยา/สิ่งที่แพ้
o	ตรวจวัดสุขภาพ เช่น ความดันโลหิต, ระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด, และสถานะสุขภาพโดยรวม
o	ข้อมูลสุขภาพ ที่รวมบริการต่างๆ ของโรงพยาบาลภายใต้กรมการแพทย์ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้กับประชาชน
