## Description

The Baron Critical Weather app is a fast smartphone weather resource that provides current conditions, a 24-hour and 7-day forecast, and an interactive map with radar, satellite imagery, temperature, and winds. Forecasts can be based on city, ZIP code, or your current location, and the map supports pan and zoom with national Weather Service county and storm warnings.

Built-in alerts keep you informed with up to four monitored locations and up to 15 minutes lead time. Baron alerts include Storms Entering Your Area, Dangerous Storm Approaching, and Twisting Storm Approaching, plus NWS storm-based warnings for tornadoes, severe thunderstorms, and flash floods, all complemented by the Baron Tornado Index (BTI) ranking for local tornado likelihood.
