## Description

Wisdom of Directors ist eine game-based-learning Software, mit der ökonomische Abläufe praxisnah erlebt werden.

Die Lernenden schlüpfen in die Manager-Rolle eines virtuellen Unternehmens und möchten Gewinn erwirtschaften, legen aber auch Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und soziale Verantwortung.
Gamification fördert die Motivation - die Lernenden bewegen sich frei im virtuellen Unternehmen, treffen Entscheidungen und leiten das Unternehmen spielerisch.
Teamgeist ist gefragt - über ein virtuelles Smartphone kann man mit KollegInnen kommunizieren, Ideen austauschen und die Handlungen abstimmen.

Lehrende können mit wenigen Klicks ihre eigenen Lerninhalte in Form von Bildern, PDF-Dokumenten oder Videos integrieren.
