綁定同證號後，使用者可查看同證號所申請的行動門號、預付卡、市內電話或寬頻等資訊；亦提供簡訊登入、常用資訊與服務（故障報修、解鎖碼查詢、光世代裝距查詢、門市預約等），並含 2G 偽基地偵測提醒與緊急客服支援。
