## Review summary

User reviews for Etta Homes on iOS show strong appeal for its robust filters, MLS access, and map-based features, plus a clean, usable interface and quick agent messaging. However, repeated themes center on instability and data issues: frequent crashes/freezes and listings failing to load, login/authentication hurdles (password reset problems and realtor login requirements), data syncing problems causing missing listings, and post-update downtime with errors. These recurring problems undermine the app’s reliability despite its feature-rich search and MLS coverage. Fixing stability, authentication flow, and update integrity would likely boost user satisfaction.

### Pros

- Robust filtering and search options for fine-tuned property searches
- Access to MLS listings and broad property coverage
- Map interactions like hiding individual listings and a hidden-homes section
- Easy-to-use interface with good color contrast and overall usability
- Ability to message agents quickly and view realtor info in real time

### Cons

- App crashes and freezes frequently, with listings failing to load
- Login/authentication issues, including password reset failures and mandatory realtor login on startup
- Data syncing/loading problems causing missing listings or searches not updating
- Post-update downtime or data loss, with errors and the app not loading properly
