1 Chi-square test (2x2) from allele counts. (chi-sqaure, p, odds ratio, 95%CI of OR)
2 Chi-square tests from genotype counts.
 a) Allelic associations
 b) Recessive model
 c) Dominant model 
3 Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium test from genotype counts.
4 Population Attributable Risk from genotype counts. (Based on GRR value)
