## Description

AgaMatrix Diabetes Manager-ADM lets you customize your dashboard to show the information you want, in the order you choose. It automatically syncs with compatible meters: AgaMatrix Jazz Wireless 2, Amazon Choice Blood Glucose Monitor, CVS Health Advanced Bluetooth Glucose Meter, and Meijer Essential Wireless Blood Glucose Meter. You can record glucose, insulin, carbs, and weight with a tap, and view trends over 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month.

Share readings with caregivers in real time or export data as a traditional logbook. Reminders can trigger after events like a hypo, and data backs up securely to a HIPAA-compliant cloud. Apple Health integration keeps glucose results on your Health dashboard, OnSync compatibility is supported, and AgaMatrix provides responsive customer service. CAUTION: Consult a healthcare professional before making medical decisions.

## Rankings

## Review summary

Users cite strong integration with Apple Health, an ad-free, easy-to-use interface, and straightforward manual data entry, plus good sharing/export options. However, repeated issues across reviews center on unreliable Bluetooth connections, inability to delete or edit Bluetooth-synced readings, and health data syncing problems after updates. The app also lacks in-app A1C tracking and only offers a single target range, with some missing historical data. Overall, the app is user-friendly but reliability and data-management gaps are common criticisms.

### Pros

- Apple Health integration and ability to connect with other apps via HealthKit.
- Ad-free experience with easy-to-read interface.
- Easy to use and good for manual data entry; simple daily tracking.
- Fast Bluetooth syncing with AgaMatrix Jazz Wireless 2 and CVS meters.
- Ability to export/share results with doctors/electronic or visual formats.

### Cons

- Bluetooth connection frequently drops or unpairs with the phone; requires resets or device battery removal.
- Cannot delete or edit Bluetooth entries; data locked; manual entries can be deleted; limits data correction and sharing.
- Apple Health integration stops syncing or is not available after updates; health data not syncing.
- Lack of in-app A1C tracking or ability to view A1C; cannot see long-term glucose metrics in-app.
- Missing data for certain months; some history not present.
