I created The Parent Doctor app to help as many parents as possible. I'm Dr. Marissa Caudill, a mom and child psychiatrist. I've seen how depression and anxiety are affecting American families. I want to help by giving parents the tools to make a difference. Parents are key to solving this problem. It's not just about medicine or therapy. We need to live lives that inspire our kids—filled with purpose, meaning, and love. We must show them how to handle challenges and learn from mistakes, so they can live well too. The key is to listen to yourself and connect with who you really are at your core.

I'm here to help you through this app to be the best parent you can be. Here, you'll join a community of caring parents. Let's work together to learn practical ways to live aligned with our values and purpose. As you do this, you'll support your child to find their own path too. Learn how to set goals, manage emotions, grow with gratitude, and embrace failures. Then, teach these skills to your child.
